It would be nice to be able to specify which themes skinr settings are allowed for, or maybe permissions for roles to administer skins per theme.

The reason being is that users see a fieldset for other themes that they should not be concerned with, even if there are no skin settings in there for that theme.

+1 for this. More permissions sound good.

Skinr works correctly for admin role, but skinr is not working for other roles or authenticated users. i gave below permissions
Administer Skinr,
Edit skin settings.,
Edit advanced skin settings,
Use the Stylizer UI,
but still not work for me.
