Select box shows after 5 sec delay

Issue Summary

The point is if i open views with exposed hierarchicak select filter, select box shows after 5 sec delay. It may disorient user.

There is no configured delay while displaying the element.
How many terms your vocabulary has? Maybe the number is pretty large so the Javascript needs a while to create the list ...
