how can i set the default state to be 'on', but have that only be on the Body field in a node? it's kind of confusing for end users when the WYSIWYG shows up on all textareas - such as 'metatags'.

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
