toolbar control

It would like to be able to control the layout of the toolbars in TinyMCE. The admin page lets me switch buttons on and off, but it would be really nice to be able to insert linebreaks, so my 'format' and 'styles' pulldown menus are on their own line, instead of waaaaay out to the right at the end of the first line of formatting buttons. Ideally, it would be great to also be able to re-order the buttons as well.
