Issue Summary
Work for that has been started in the (old) Omega 4.x sandbox (http://drupal.org/sandbox/sumsi/1708250). We will merge that back into the main project once at least the Core CSS and Templates are 100% covered and functional.

As of yesterday the sandbox was merged into Omega.
