Hi, thanks for this awesome module, BEAN ROCKS!

Question: what would I need to do/change/add/patch to allow the results to be ordered alphabetically rather than by date?

You would need to modify the Entity Field Query to sort by title. Adding this to the Bean creation form would bring up the question of which sort takes precedence, date or title. Or would it would need to be reworked to handle textfields as well as dates.
