Quicktags currently appears on CCK field types that are plain text and on node "Log message" forms.

It shouldn't do this, though I'm not sure how to run the check. Don't show if no filters applied to this textarea?

This version of quicktags is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
