I get a very strange access behaviour at admin/config/content/panelizer/node/group:

I have to untick Panelize, then tick provide display, then tick panelize above so the provide display gets hidden, and finally tick panelize on the top and the settings are accessible again

In my watchdog log I see some warnings about a missing view (?). Maybe that's the reason.

Sorry this is not a good bug report. I've tried tracing this through the code but couldn't make sense of it. I'm merely posting this in case someone else has the same problem.

Sorry, you did a decent job of describing what it is you had to do to fix the problem, but you failed to describe what it is you're actually fixing. Can you elaborate a little?
