I had to revert back to Mailchimp v7.x-2.9 from v7.x-2.10 because Mailchimp Lists module was throwing an an error (documented in another issue posting). When I disabled the Mailchimp Lists module and saved configuration, both Mailchimp module and Entity Tokens v7.x-1.0 modules are disabled as well. This behavior is repeatable on my system.

I'm not able to reproduce this behavior. How are you enabling/disabling? Drush? Drupal modules page?

I'm disabling via the Drupal Modules page. Haven't tried with Drush. I'll give it another try now that the undefined index error has been fixed.
