Site is corrupt after migration - memory problem?

I migrated my Drupal 7 site from my pc to ISP this morning, I now have just the Home page being displayed, cant navigate off that, if you click any menu option it just displays the Home screen again. when I login to admin I get error

"Error 405 Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for URL /home?destination=node/2

The ISP names.co.uk is saying that my site is trying to go above the capped 128MB limit, which is causing it to fail. Does that sounds right?

I have changed the description of this issue a few times, so I apologise if you have read previous versions, I just wanted to provide an up to date position.

Can anyone help? I'm getting really desperate.

This was because I was using a host that used Zeus Servers instead of Apache. I had to give up in the end, and created another website with a different host using apache which works perfectly now. 3 days of hell, real lesson learned there.
