There's 1 missing th tag in manage form table. So if you want to style it like a table, you're desing will break. See image attached.

Yes, this is a problem, but we need to solve it in the other direction. This happens when rotation is disabled, and in that case, the table header is correct. We have an extra table cell, though. This patch removes the extra cell, which makes the header line up.
