For Hosting Solutions avoid Siteground at all cost especially if you're are a PHP or Drupal newbie like myself. Not only do they refund only part of your money if you cancell your menbership within the first 30 days (in my case it was only 2 days), but the reason i cancelled my membership is that they charge $50 to have your site or database restored from backup. Other hosting companies offer this for free and even give you links in the control panel to do it yourself. So I called to cancel and everything looked good until i got my refund -$25. WTF! They referd my to their Terms Of Use that stated your entitled for a refund within the first 30 days minus setup and processing fees. I said "...but the plan I signed up for didn't include setup fees (No Setup Fees)". Well it does state in their terms of use that even if the setup fees are waived they still hold them to pay for the setup of your account. In any event these guys are crooks! They're penny wise and doller dumb. Go with bluehost.com - a way better solution they use the same control panel with alot more features (including backup and restore for free). I'd even go with godaddy.com before I go with siteground. Sitegreound sucks!
