It would be nice, if user can hide the content, without deleting it. When editing panels content without IPE, it's easy to set 'Disable this pane'., would be better to set this by ipe.

It looks like this is jquery related, but the button is not showing with some responsive themes--bootstrab, zurb. However, it seems to work fine with seven. I tried using different versions of jquery, but doesn't seem to affect it.
