annotate 5.x-1.0-beta3

Note: Hopefully bug http://drupal.org/node/190339 (wating for confirmation) and http://drupal.org/node/190452 (reproduced) are now resolved. It renders annotate useless. The combination with other modules and db_rewrite_sql was not tested :-/)

Note that this is a beta version.

If upgrading from the dev version you should add the column 'visibility' to the annotation table manually or uninstall the old annotation and install this new release.

- column visibility is added so private, node editor and other visibility can be set by the annotation creator.
- users can find their own annotations ie user/1/annotations
- all annotations made to a node are available for either the annotation writer, the node editor or others ie node/12/annotations

If no bugs gets reported the official release of 1.0 will be released soon and immediately followed by the 2.0-alfa-1 where annotation will become a real node as an upbeat for yellow marker functionality.
