Views - consolidating two objects that share a relationship

So I have a bunch of universities that have a director. However one (BYU) has two directors... How can I consolidate those?

The University has an attribute for Director... So I assume that I need to have the listing with the university objects?

It depends how the content are linked with user.

If everything provided in the single content type ( User reference(director), node refernece ( university) and text field (address) ), the you may set multiple value for the 'Directors' field.

Thanks... Before I grouped multiple values and that only had so much success... I ended up displaying node teasers and that worked out okay (with values grouped).
