How do i costumize contact form for internationalization ?

Hi
I am working with Drupal 7.x and using Marinelli theme.
my site is supposed to be bilingual : English , and Farsi (aka Persian).
how do i translate contact form for Farsi ? i want to change the captions and labels of contact page when Farsi is selected by user as language .

p.s. : how do i do the same to contact page's CAPTCHA section ?

As far as I know, core Contact module doesn't support internationalisation. You can either use tContact module (haven't tested) or Webfom module (tested).

All i want is for some textbox's labels to change when switching between languages , is it too much too ask from Drupal ?
