hi there im getting this crazy error everytime i try to create a node, this error came from nowhere the site was running great i have googled everything and still in vain, this error is holding me back big time. any ideas ?

In my case the issue is that their is conflict with the module hierarchical select for some reason, when i only have the

Hierarchical Select
Hierarchical Select flat list
Hierarchical Select Taxonomy
Hierarchical Select Taxonomy Views

excluding the other Hierarchical Select module options the error is no longer present.
