Not working with Hierarchical Select....

Hi, I use Hierarchical Select with taxonomyt on drupal 6 and lates dev version, however after cloning the Hierarchical Select doesnt work and times out when contacting server for terms to be populated on Hierarchical Select drop down menus.I really need to use Hierarchical Select and this node clone is a great time save . Any ideas would be great...
