GA module v6x3.5

All roles selected to be included in segmenting, but User Defined Values not appearing in GA advanced segmenting. Is there anything else I need to check to make sure these are populating? Per this screencast http://www.brianstevenson.com/drupal/screencasts/advanced-googleanalytics it seems the user roles should be autocompleting. I tried typing them in without the autocomplete and that's not doing anything either.

Any advice? This is very urgent for me and I am happy to pay for your time helping.

you don't mention clearing cache in your post. It's worth a try especially if .js and .css aggregation is enabled.
