How to prevent spams (users registrations and comments)

Hello

I have drupal 7.19 website www.grook.net .

I am using recaptcha but I noticed that a lot of fake accounts are being created every day. Moreover, I am facing spam in comments.

I am using recaptcha.

Q: what is the best way to fight spam users (bots) from registering in my website + prevent spammy comments.

which modules do you recommend ?

the simple ways is using admin approval to approve new user account. Change in Account setting to do but this will use more work to admin for approve new user.

thanks for your help. it is not an easy task for us to auto approve them. I am looking for an automated way to reduce spam as much as possible

AntiSpam using Akismet or MolloM ?

Mollom created by Dries (Drupal creator), I think its more better then Akismet (Wordpress module).
If comment or content spam words are specific word (i.e p0rn, s3x, payday, loan..) you can use Action and Trigger (both are core modules) to unpublished automatically.
