Adding url whith parameter like:
http://example.com/somethig?q=else
Don´t Work becouse "?" is removed.

This is just a quick reply to let you know this issue should have been fixed and committed at: 23d36a2.

Feel free to update to the latest development snapshot or apply the changes manually (it's very short: 3 lines) to the module, for testing.

I would sincerely greatly appreciate if you could let me know if you still encounter any issue with that, I would certainly try answering as soon as possible.
Please change the status of this issue to needs work if you still find any other problem with this particular item.[Marking as Fixed for now]
