Cannot redeclare image_image_effect_info() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/url.com/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/l1

Please help.

I installed the l10n_install-7.x-1.0-beta20 and now I can't access my admin Structure, Appearance, Modules and Configuration pages and keeps getting the error below.

Cannot redeclare image_image_effect_info() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/url.com/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/l10n_install-7.x-1.0-beta20/modules/image/image.effects.inc:14) in /var/www/vhosts/url.com/httpdocs/modules/image/image.effects.inc on line 62

I also tried using the http://url.com/?q=user but same error appears.

When I tried manually deleting the module, the whole website turns blank.

Can anyone please help.
