I installed the module and there is no available settings page for it. It is also not listed next to the module on the modules page. So, I have no way to enter the email/API. I couldn't find a table in SQL, either.

Are you logged in under the admin account? There's a permissions bug that requires you login under admin to see the admin screen. There's a fix for the bug
