Hide some fields from add\edit node form

How can Ihuide som,e fiel;ds from node add\edit for?
I have CCK field tha wwill be calculated automatically and afte this outputted with Views. I need to hide it from edit\add form
I know how to do it from ,module or with CSS but I think thereee is a more simple way to do it.
