Hi beadav, can you provide a little more information - what page you are on, what the actions were prior to receiving this error etc?

Did the error appear on the screen or in the logs?

I just loaded up the site again today and the message was appearing on the home page (haven't tailed logs) in a red box with the cross icon.

Hi @beadav,

There is a known issue for the WCAG accessibility checker for sites that are not able to be contacted from the public internet.

We're working on making this more obvious for users who are installing it on their local dev machines.
