I want to apply two different automatic coupons based on the minimum quantity of a product.

Coupon A has a minimum quantity of 5 and it applies a new price
Coupon B has a minimum quantity of 10 with another price

With a product quantity of 5 Coupon A applies, but for a product quantity of 10 Coupon will only apply when I disable Coupon A. I found no way with the combination rules to make Coupon B apply, ever.

Is this a bug? What would be the way to do this?
