Hi, our network administrator moved hosting from IIS to Apache and I have noticed performance issues for both our sites running drupal 6 and 7. I have had problems with configuring modules, only to find that similar users have had the same issues and are on IIS. Not to mention instability and performance issues with the sites themselves.
I just wanted to get an idea as to whether other users are experiencing performance issues on IIS and if they could should some light on what to do.

You say your web server switched from IIS to apache but all the problems sound related to IIS so it is not clear what the issue is
