This patch enables the Node Relativity module to be installed on a system using SQL Server as its database. The only changes necessary are to the .install file where some minor syntax changes have been made.

Unfortunately I do not have MSSQL to test, yet I see no harm on committing this patch.

I'll wait for a week, if none reported an issue about this patch then I'll commit it.
