Dynamically Update Filters based on Taxonomy?

Hello there,

I'm using Category module for the Country/State-Province/City structure, and it works wonderfully on the input. On the views output, however it is quite a disaster. Is is possible to update exposed filters based on selection in other exposed filters? So when I select a country, a list of states/provinces automatically gets updated in relation to the country?
