Can someone please help. When I disable the module, this error is gone.

The error occurs when trying to delete someone's account (with this module enabled).

Thanks, fixed with http://drupalcode.org/project/deadtome.git/commit/1e0ef3a and will be available in the 7.x-1.3 release shortly. Now no more finding bugs or you will be dead to me.
