Creating user area with products and a 'reorder' form.

Hello -

I am struggling with the best way to do something. I need a user area that contains products that they have previous ordered (or products that are relevant to them) and need to allow them to fill a form out and submit it for reorder.

Questions:
When making the page that lists their relevant products, can I add this to their user page?

Also,
When making the form to reorder, how can I add a quantity field to the product listing for reorder?

There is no money exchange online so I'm not sure if an ubercart type 'solution' is the way to go?
