Not Deleting all variables when uninstalling module

Issue Summary

1. When a CDN is selected in the interface.
2. The variable 'jquery_update_jquery_cdn' is not deleted from the 'variable' table after uninstalling the jquery_update module.

patch tested, jquery_update_jquery_cdn gets removed from the variable table on uninstall
