I am looking for a module that gives construction project managers the ability to create a "progress report" or "work completed form" for their projects. The progress report will need display to construction workers the unique room locations of work to be completed for that project. Next to that, would be some sort of widget that allows them to easily assign/update the percentage of work completed for each location. This information would then be downloaded to excel by the project managers. Seems easy enough?!? I just can't find a solution that works.
I have tried webform, webform import, webform form builder, node import, node export, node clone, field collection, and the data and schema modules so far. I have created a webform that works for me but is difficult to teach and just doesn't seem "right". Can someone please point me in the direction or at least tell me if I should be looking at creating nodes, webforms, or data tables? I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't see Checklist on your list of modules tried. Not sure if it supports '% completed' stuff, but otherwise it seems much closer to 10.
I appreciate the suggestion,
I appreciate the suggestion, that checklist may prove useful but it isn't my main concern. I believe what I am looking for is the feeds module. However, I am confused as to how I can feed in the room labels (155 Men's Restroom & 156 Women's Restroom) and also have a typical select list (key|value pairs) which would provide a simple way to obtain standardized data about the percentage of work completed for each room. The biggest problem is that each form will have different room names and vary in how many they have. The finished form would look something like this...
Room Name - Percentage Complete
155 Men's - 50% complete
156 Women's - 50% complete
157 Corridor - 100% complete
etc. etc. etc.

I take it no one has run into
I take it no one has run into this issue of having to create a custom/dynamic form? Any point in the right direction would be great.
