Description

I am often in meetings where big todo lists are being typed into the computer in the form of minutes. It would be great to have a page open with a bulk adding of tasks so they could be quickly added in at the speed of the meeting.

I am imagining a table with columns like:
Task Name | Parent Tasklist | Assigned to User(s) | Due Date | About this task

And perhaps under each row of fields a small text link saying, "Create subtask." So for instance if your group was planning to give a workshop you could have:

Task Name | Parent Tasklist | Assigned to User(s) | Due Date | About this task
Present Workshop | [No parent] | Stripey, Jason | Sat Nov 17 | Present at upcoming Convention
[click "add subtask twice to add the below]

Task Name | Parent Tasklist | Assigned to User(s) | Due Date | About this task
Photocopy handouts | Present workshop | Jason | Fri Nov 16 | Will probably need about 25

Task Name | Parent Tasklist | Assigned to User(s) | Due Date | About this task
Bring props | Present Workshop | Stripey | San Nov 17 | [no details]

Obviously a "Save and continue adding" button would be important to avoid loss of large amounts of data by crash or other mishap.

With others features that have been suggested, such as multi-user tasks and the ability to link to the calendars, this could be quite powerful. I wish I knew about PHP/MySQL so I could help. :/

Is this task just a matter of forms on a page or is it more complicated?
