Maybe it could be useful if we had a module where we could find some stuff related to Bootstrap theme...
For example, stuff from #1871518: Adding a Drop Down Login Form to Bootstrap’s Navbar could be part of it. So people won't copy/paste it and will be able to get improvement of this code when module has a new version.

Is that a good idea?

Scripted response: This issue has been closed while cleaning up the issue queue. This has likely already been addressed in 7.x-3.x. If it has not, please create a new issue describing the exact issue with that version. The 7.x-2.x branch currently only receives security fixes.
