I am attempting to use workflow-ng to schedule content that is added to our site but am unable to get content to publish at a specific time. It works fine if I schedule it "now" as the following tutorial suggests: http://www2.drupal.org/node/175319. The format I was using for the scheduled date was: 2007-11-10 16:06:05. Is this related to a bug or have I missed something?

Have you cron configured correctly? Cron is needed as it is used to generate the event.
