When the backup/detach/terminate function runs, an error sometimes occurs when it tries to detach the Root Volume.

If this happens, the queue is stalled and will try to keep checking if the volume is finished detaching. After about 10 minutes, the terminate function will run.

Try to eliminate the lag if the volume is the Root volume.

Removed detach volumes when an instance is scheduled to be terminated. Volumes are automatically detached by EC2 after they are terminated.
