we agreed on making this "first action" the one that triggered the cration of the action space sticky at the top

how can we make it stand out :

give a special color , a frame , a statement ? any idea appreciated

Should the poster be able to choose to make others than the first action sticky?

Also, right now, sticky automatically means first in the list. Is any graphical change needed in addition to this (that's Dan's department).
