You will have to provide more details than that.
(Are you using panels? Can you attach a views export? What's your full set of steps? etc)

I have created 2 different Views, each contain 1 block using the VBO. I am placing these blocks on a page of my site and any action i choose does not work. If i return to the Views in question and create a "page" and use the VBO from the page view instead it works correctly. I am not using panels.
