View of nodes for a current logged in user where he is referenced in a node cck field (not author)

I have a nodetype that has a cck userreference field to select a user. I have searched and read about arguments and relationships but cannot comprehend this.
How can I implement a view to list all nodes where a logged in user is referenced to using the cck userreference field?
