Rules ignores theme selection for sending mail

Could the maintainer post something about this bug on the front page of the project? I've wasted a whole lot of time until I discovered this bug, most activities are now performed with Rules, which gets very frustrating when using this module

I'm a doosh, didn't have the right settings, i think the information about setting the HTMLmail option should be on the front page :/
