Issue Summary
Calling "http://apps.getpantheon.com/panopoly-dev" results in a blank white page with

In Drupal (admin/apps/panopoly) I get this error: "There was the following error - Manifest: http://apps.getpantheon.com/panopoly-dev php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: nodename nor servname provided, or not known"

The JSON you are pasting seems right, but its possible there was some network problem connecting to the Apps server. I am closing as cannot reproduce because it works now.
