Display problem on internet explorer 8

After updating of drupal to the version 7.19 with marinelli theme, i have some display problems on internet explorer version 8. I am forced to use the Compatibility View of Internet Explorer so that everything displays properly. But everything is ok on firefox and chrome. Someone could help me, please.

You would be better off checking the Marinelli Issue Que to see if others are having the same issue (and if not you should post in there giving specifics of what broke).

We just had to choose the next option in marinelli settings:
Which tag do you want to use for menu section titles ?
h2 for fist level and h3 for megamenu sections
