Show reverse menu trail if result has menu item(s)

We have a site with many nodes that have the same title(Contact us pages for example) which makes it difficult to distinguish them from each other. Adding the menu trail for the nodes menu items provides the context that the editors need.

Here's a patch that does just that. It modifies the LinkitPluginEntity class. Just enable "Add reverse menu trail to description" in the linkit plugin settings.

Something that would be useful too, since the editors think of the content structure through the menu, is to group the results by menu primarily, not content type. I might add this later..
