AT Commerce 7.x-3.0-rc1
Recolorable responsive theme with support for the Commerce module, responsive slideshows (see the README for details), Superfish menus and many other goodies. This is a subtheme of Adaptivetheme 7.x-3.x - you must download and install it first. Visit the Settings page to setup your theme - you can change the color, layout, fonts, set up the slideshow and loads of other stuff.
Enable Enable and set default
------------You must download and install "it" first. Do you mean the AT Commerce or Adaptive Theme?
I assume you mean to install adaptive theme core.
The CORE block says this...
AT Core 7.x-3.1
AT Core is the framework that drives the responsive layout system and provides an extensive set of tools for theme development. You do not need to enable this theme. Use the provided AT Subtheme to get started.
Enable
Enable and set default
So, by just uploading this to sites/all/themes is that enough?
Use AT Subtheme to get started?
-----------------------
You need to be more specific for this. The documentation probably explains better I will review it.
I cannot get the color wheel to show up using the AT Commerce. I'm not sure I've got things enabled in the D7 installation.
Thanks for a great theme.
Note.. I just uploaded the AT Commerce and Adaptive theme to working site. I only enable and default the AT Commerce theme.
The AT admin, AT Core and AT subtheme are present in the theme list, but I have not enabled any of them.
This is confusing, because with modules they don't work and none of their tools work unless enabled.
Therefore, I am thinking if theme sub or core, etc. are not enabled they aren't available for use.

Jeff Burnz commentedYeah, it is confusing, even for me its confusing (not really, but its totally inconsistent). In Drupal themes have no real "installation state", they are either enabled or disabled, however base themes work when disabled, so you do not need to enabled it - what I really mean by "install" is "put it in the themes folder" sort of thing.
So yes, as long as AT Core is in the sites/all/themes folder you are set. If you are not using the AT Subtheme or AT Admin you can safely delete them if you want.

domineaux commentedThe color wheel didn't show up when I enabled the core and the AT Commerce. I knew something wasn't right.
I appreciate your work, Jeff.
Thanks for a prompt reply.

Jeff Burnz commentedAT Core has no interaction with color module when simply viewing the theme settings, that would be because the color module was disabled or some other reason, it is totally safe to have AT Core enabled, just not required.

domineaux commentedI was using another site with the standard Commerce installation.
When I applied the kickstart distribution on a site I'm working. I cannot see the color wheel. The issue may have something to do with the kickstart distribution package.
When I enable default the adaptive AT Commerce and disable the Kickstart theme, the color wheel doesn't show.
You may have some information available using the AT commerce with the kickstart distribution I've not seen.

Jeff Burnz commentedDid you check the Color module is enabled? If you want to use Color module then you have to enable it.
domineaux commentedRight on... Moving to D7 with all the modules pre-set has made me a dull boy.
Sorry, I missed enabling the color module.
Thanks for your patience and quick response. :)
