Release notes
Development release with the following changes
- Only show the edit weight form on the 'Account settings' page, fixes #233095
- Fix a bug where a user doesn't have the permission to change their own weight and they edit their profile their weight is reset to 0
- Only show active users
- Change the user picture theme function to include a link to the user's contact page
- Allow rolecontact to use the user's profile page rather than the rolecontact page
- Add 'Refresh list' option to the settings page to force a refresh of the users with a contact form

Release notes
This is a bug fix release. The changes in this release are:
- Fix a typo in the settings form
- Allow administrators to assign a different prefix or remove the prefix from people in the contact form
- Use the l function to create links
- When there are no profile fields defined tell the Administrator they need to define them and link to the page to let them do it

Release notes
This is a bug fix release as 5.x-1.0 had extra calls to the debug function.
This release also updates the style of the module file to be closer to Drupal's.
