Make Fontdeck play with Google Webfont Loader API [#1915952]

Fontdeck themselves list JavaScript as the recommended method: http://fontdeck.com/support/tutorial
Webfont Loader explicitly supports Fontdeck

Implementation is easy. Patch coming.

Patch attached.

Also add break; to the cycle when Webfont Loader is not present - at this stage, we only need to know if there is at least one Fontdeck font.
