I have a strange problem that has developed recently.
My context UI block will not appear on my front page or any other content page.

It will appear on my admin page. In fact, I can't close the the Context UI block on my admin pages. I can click "stop editing layout" and it just reloads the page and pops up again. I can click hide to tuck it off to the side, but that's it.

Any idea why my context UI Block is suddenly performing back-ass-wards?

As of beta5 the inline editor block should no longer be placed on your site. From the release notes: Please note that this release contains a significant adjustment to the functionality for the context inline editor. No longer is it necessary to place the inline editor block, instead the editing interface should be accessible via contextual links on any block element.

To use the inline editor, go to admin/structure/context/settings and ensure that Use Context Editor Dialog is selected. Remove the inline editor block from your site. To activate the editor, use the Configure Layout link that is present through the contextual links on any block.
