I alway get an email notification, when someone commented my post, even if "Send email notifications by default." is disabled and "Send Email" for the post is disabled.

I revised the patch referenced in #1, tested, and committed it to the Commons make file. I believe this is fixed.

Chipie, it would be great if you could test the latest version of the patch and comment on the referenced issue. Thank you!
