Hello, excuse me for my english i speak french.
I have install this module and make a basic test with SEND TEST.

I receive the email but with an image... the image is broken...

See this... is use fullhtml and in my site is ok..

i use full path to my image ex: http://www.mysite.com/sites/........../images/test.jpg

but not working...

Are you using language path prefixes? (eq. www.example.com/de)

If so, it's due to a bug I've just reported: #2001740: Images not working in template when using language path prefix
